  •  General Submission Requirements:
  1.  Submissions must be in Arabic or English only.
  2. Submitted work must not have been entered into any previous national or international awards or competitions.
  3. Previous winners may not reapply until three years have passed from the date of their award.
  4. Each applicant may only apply for one award category.
  5. All application materials will be securely retained by the Secretariat of the International Award of the National Center for Palms and Dates and will not be returned, regardless of the outcome.
  6. The applicant must clearly state the framework under which the work was carried out, including key partners, stakeholders, and sources of funding.
  • Specific Requirements – Best Scientific Research Category:
  1. Applicants must submit an official letter of commitment from their institution affirming that the submitted findings/innovations are the original work of the applicant(s).
  2. Applicants may submit no fewer than one and no more than three scientific papers related to the proposed research topic.

 


  •  General Documents:
  1.  Application Form (to be completed in Arabic or English only).
  2. Statement outlining the framework under which the work was conducted, including:
  3. Potential partners and stakeholders
  4. Source(s) of funding
  5. Written declaration confirming that the submitted work has not been entered into any previous national or international awards or competitions.
  6. Identification documents (for individuals) or commercial registration/license (for entities).
  7. CV of the applicant or team.
  • Category-Specific Documents – Best Scientific Research Award: 
  1. Official letter of commitment on the institution's letterhead affirming that the results/innovations submitted to the scientific committee are solely based on the applicant’s own research.
  2. One to three scientific papers relevant to the proposed topic.
