Application for the Excellence in Innovative Palm Technologies Award

• General Application Requirements: 

1. Applications must be submitted in Arabic or English only.
2. Submitted works must not have been previously entered in any national or international awards or competitions.
3. Previous winners may only reapply after three years from their date of winning.
4. Applicants can apply to only one award category.
5. All application files are confidentially stored at the Secretariat of the National Center for Palm and Dates International Award and will not be returned to applicants, whether they win or not.
6. Applicants must specify the framework under which the work was conducted, including potential partners, stakeholders, and sources of funding.

• Specific Requirements for the Excellence in Innovative Palm Technologies Category:

1.  Individuals must submit a written statement on their institution’s official letterhead affirming that the results/innovations presented are solely their own research.
2. Organizational applicants must submit the application through the head of the organization (universities, research centers, private companies, institutions, or startups).

•  General Documents:

1. Application form (to be completed in Arabic or English only).
2. A statement specifying the framework under which the work was conducted, including potential partners, stakeholders, and source(s) of funding.
3. A written declaration confirming that the submitted work has not been previously entered in any national or international awards or competitions.
4. Identification documents (for individuals) or commercial registration/license (for organizations).
5. Curriculum vitae (CV) of the applicant or the team.

• Documents Specific to the Excellence in Innovative Palm Technologies Category:

- For individuals:

 A written pledge on the official letterhead of the institution confirming that the results/innovations submitted are solely from their own research.

- For organizations: 

The application must be submitted by the head of the organization (university, research center, private company, foundation, or startup).
